Homemaker supports are available to individuals who require basic housekeeping services or temporary personal care to successfully live in the community. May also be accessed by families providing ongoing unpaid residential support to an adult with a developmental disability.
Supports Coordination is a provision of supports related to information, resources and/or support to family members who face the extraordinary circumstances that come with having a family member with a disability.
