Who We Are
- Community Living Agency in Victoria BC serving children & youth with special needs and adults with developmental disabilities
- We have 12 group homes and multiple day program/outreach programs
- We serve a mostly ambulatory population with an average age of 30
- We’ve been supporting individuals in the community for more than 20 years
- We focus on community inclusion, activities, and supporting resident’s choices in order to assist them to live their best lives
What We Offer
- Permanent positions & casual work available
- Wages (HEU) starting at $20.52 per hour (plus 10.2% in lieu of benefits for casuals) with wage advancement per the HEU Grid
