Visitors Update

In light of climbing COVID-19 cases in British Columbia, we have implemented temporary changes in our visitor requirements.

Please see below for details.

Please note that we have made changes to our visitor requirements in alignment with changing provincial restrictions.

We now request that all staff and essential visitors show proof of vaccination against the COVID-19 virus and personal identification.

Ice Festival Skate Tomorrow

December 22, 2021

Tomorrow! Our Ice Festival Skate is on tomorrow, 12:30-1:30pm, at Pearkes Arena.

Join us tomorrow, December 23rd, at 12:30 for a skate (free skate rentals). The SKATING is on! BUT, the food and drink part is off – we are no longer permitted sharing of food and beverage inside the building. Baked goods prepared by the participants of our Douglas Street Launchpad and a juice box, will be handed out to attendees “to go”-style as they are leaving the event.

All visitors must be fully vaccinated and hand washing/sanitizing protocols are in effect.

Don’t skate? No problem, join us for a seasonal snack and some merriment.

SOCKS donations will be collected at each group home or can be dropped off at Head
Office (NHL and Contracted Services) by Monday, December 13th, 2021.

Please start collecting now so we can give generously to those in need this holiday
season!
